With a team of nine mobile engineers, covering a large geographical area, calls are often placed out to them while they are in transit. Through the Nasstar service, many service visits are now being handled within minutes of being dispatched, because the engineer is actually within the vicinity, rather than passing the client's office and needing to return the next day.
Our mobile workforce has really taken to the mobile email system and has found it not only gives them more accurate information, it also saves them time, which saves us money.
Overall, the project was completed on time and within budget, which was a fraction of the price would have had to pay for the competitive solutions we looked at. It has been a delight to work with Nasstar, they made the whole process very easy for us and we are already looking at new Nasstar services to help Rapid Direct become even more efficient.
