Technical Support is provided on a 24/7 365 basis by our own staff.  Many of our clients run global operations so it is imperative that we have support availability around the clock.  Our Support Team are based out of our Technical Operations Centre in London.

Our engineers have unrivalled experience of managing Hosted Exhange and Hosted Desktop deployments.  All our engineers are qualified and highly experienced .

Support would be accessed either by telephone, email or via our support desk ticketing system.

Nasstar Hosted Exchange users also benefit from a web based management portal for day to day management of the service.
